NAIF acknowledges that the Receivers have assumed control of Kalium Lakes’ operations which will continue on a business-as-usual basis while an urgent assessment of the options for the sale and/or recapitalisation of the Group is undertaken.
NAIF will continue to work with the other lender KfW and all parties to ensure an optimal outcome can be achieved.
